Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Once an order has been shipped, Excelso Roost is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Because coffee is a consumable product, we generally do not accept returns on opened products.

However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged package, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

1. Overview

At Excelso Roost, we take pride in offering freshly roasted Colombian specialty coffee under our Cuckoo Coffee brand. Because coffee is a consumable product that is roasted fresh, our return policy is designed to balance product quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can make it right.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
     
  • You received the wrong product
     
  • The package was lost in transit
     
  • The product arrived defective or compromised
     

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee products, including:

  • Opened coffee bags
     
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
     
  • Products returned without original packaging
     

However, if you are unsatisfied with your coffee for quality reasons, please contact us and we will review your request.

4. Condition of Returned Products

If a return is approved, the product must:

  • Be unopened
     
  • Be in original packaging
     
  • Be returned in resellable condition
     

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by us.

5. How to Request a Return
